Graduate Scheme

We preferably look for graduates with a construction related degree, although opportunities exist for non-cognates, to continue their development with the aim of becoming a chartered member of the relevant recognised Professional Institution through our structured graduate training programme.

To enter our graduate training scheme you would be expected to have completed a work experience placement and have been sponsored in your final year at University.
