What's involved?

The role - As a Civil Engineer, you will be part of a team with a continual drive for excellence in the work undertaken by the Civil Engineering division. From the outset you will have opportunities to be involved in the construction of high-profile projects in highways, rail and transportation, bridges, tunnels and water.

Your qualities - You need to be enthusiastic about engineering and the construction industry, which will probably be demonstrated by some form of experience. Good people skills and the ability to get things done are also important, as is strong commercial understanding.
