Competent Workforce Initiative

The UK Contractors Group (UKCG) was officaly launched on the 5th January 2009. Its role is to support the industry on sector specific issues, for more info go to www.ukcg.org.uk

The UKCG broadly following the MCG's charter which includes Qualiying the Workforce. The principal of the strategy is 'to operate construction sites that provide a working environment which is both safe and free from hazzerds'.

VINCI PLC is a member of the UKCG and as such all group companies are working towards 'A Fully Qualified Workforce'.
