The VINCI PLC Board of Management, chaired by the Chief Executive Officer, is the ultimate decision making body for all strategic matters. Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of VINCI PLC is delegated to the Chief Operating Officer, who is supported by divisional Managing Directors.
