Great North Run 2009

Sian Cassy, Plant Co-ordinator based in Widnes, this year completed the Great North Run for a second time, achieving a new personal best of 2 hours 7 minutes and 12 seconds. Sian has so far raised just over £700 in aid of Combat Stress. Combat Stress is the leading charity specialising in the care of British Veterans who have been profoundly traumatised by harrowing experiences during their Service career.
